Cancellation Policy
Cancellation right for consumers in accordance with § 13 of the German Civil Code
You shall have the right to revoke this contractual agreement within fourteen days without being required to state reasons for so doing.
The cancellation timeframe shall amount to fourteen days from the day on which you or your designated third party, who is not the carrier, have and/or has taken possession of the last set of goods.

of your decision to rescind this contractual agreement by means of a transparent declaration (e.g. a letter sent via the postal service, telefax or e-mail). In order to do so, you may use the enclosed model cancellation form which, however, is not required.

In order to meet the deadline for making cancellation, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding the exercising of the right of cancellation before the cancellation deadline lapses.
Consequences of the Cancellation
If you rescind this contractual agreement, we must promptly return to you all payments, which we have received from you including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs which are created owing to the fact that you have selected a different type of delivery than the cheaper standard delivery which we offer), promptly and by no later than within fourteen days after the day on which we receive the notification of your rescission of this cancellation agreement. For this repayment, we shall use the same payment method which you used during the original transaction unless something to the contrary has been expressly agreed with you; in no case shall you be charged fees for this repayment. We can refuse to make the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided documentation that you have returned the goods based upon which occurs first.
You must return or surrender the goods to us promptly and, in any case, by no later than within fourteen days after the day on which you notify us of the rescission of this contractual agreement. The deadline shall be considered to have been met if you send back the goods before the deadline of fourteen days lapses. You must assume the direct costs for the return shipment of the goods. You must pay compensation for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is attributable to any handling upon your part that was not required in order to inspect the quality, features and functionality of the goods.

Inclusion of the Validity of the General Business Terms and Conditions
Our General Business Terms and Conditions for Winegrowers’ Cooperatives shall also have supplemental validity for all offers, contractual agreements, deliveries and other services.
Obligation to Pay Compensation
In the event that he exercises his cancellation right, the consumer must pay compensation insofar as the loss in value is attributable to the handling of the goods which was not required for the examination of the quality, the features and the functionality of the goods.
Youth Protection
In accordance with the German Youth Protection Act, we shall dispense no wine to youths under 16 years of age. Brandies shall not be dispensed to youths under 18 years of age.
