Since 1887, our cooperative has held the “distillery rights”. In our distillery, we process wine yeast, grape marc, wine and various fruit varieties in order to make exquisite brandies. They are then placed in our wooden barrels in the cellar for the required maturation period.

The distillery, which was more than 70 years old, was replaced in February 2007 by a new distillery, which unites traditional distillery methods with modern technology.
